Tukino Snow Trip – Saturday, 1 August

Start Point: Judgeford Golf Course car park

Plan for the Day

We'll head to Tukino Ski Area for a relaxed day in the snow. The plan is to arrive between 11:30 am and 12:00 pm, giving everyone plenty of time to enjoy the scenery, build snowmen, throw a few snowballs, and have some fun.

We'll leave Tukino at approximately 1:30 pm and make our way to the New Zealand Army Museum for a late lunch, aiming to arrive around 2:30 pm.

We'll depart the museum at approximately 4:00 pm for the drive back to Wellington.

The day's schedule is flexible, so there's no need to rush—we'll adjust the timing as needed depending on the group and weather conditions.

What to bring:

• Warm clothing and sturdy footwear
• Food, snacks, and drinks for the day
• Extra layers, as mountain weather can change quickly

If the weather turns bad, make sure you have enough supplies to stay comfortable.
