Scratchy 4x4 Adventure — Odlins Road all the way to the hut

Track highlights

• The opening section of Odlins features some tricky cross-axle steps to crawl.

• A steep “ramp” that needs a winch around 20% of the time.

Recommended gear

• Winch (highly recommended)

• Rock sliders (aluminium steps often take a hit on the tank stopper if your truck has no lift)

• Any of the following will make obstacles much easier:

  • Front & rear solid axle

  • OR 1x air locker

  • OR 1x electric locker

  • OR 1x sandwich locker

  • OR traction control

What to bring

• Warm clothing

• Plenty of water & food
