Road Maintenance and Environmental Protection
Good day everyone,
We've conducted a reconnaissance at Orongorongo station on the roads affected by streams and soft sandy soil. As clubs committed to environmental protection, we're concerned about the damage these areas are prone to. In collaboration with the CCVC 4WD Club, we'll implement a long-lasting solution.
*What to Bring:*
- Shovel
- Loppers
- Rake
- Gloves
- Steel cap boots IF YOU HAVE
- Drinking water
- Warm clothes and hat
*Provided:*
- Lunch (sausages and patties)
*Important Details:*
- Trip is weather-dependent; backup day is July 6th.
- Car pooling is required due to limited parking space.
- Preference will be given to vehicles that can carry gear or shingle.
- Vehicles will be parked inside the locked gate.

- Do you have a tipping ute truck? We need 4.
